These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of IQ Viet My, including our SMS/text messaging program. By using our website, enrolling a student, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

About IQ Viet My

IQ Viet My is a K–12 tutoring center serving families across the greater Houston, Texas area, offering personalized tutoring in math, reading & writing, science, STAAR test preparation, English & language support, and online tutoring.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Description of messages. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from IQ Viet My related to your child's tutoring and your account with us — for example, free-assessment and enrollment scheduling, appointment and class reminders, account and billing notifications, responses to your inquiries, and occasional service updates. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opting out (STOP). You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 281-939-6000. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Getting help (HELP). If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or 281-939-6000.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency, message and data rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages, and message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, appointment reminders and account notifications). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to sign up for and use our SMS messaging service and to enroll a student, or you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By opting in or providing information, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent or legal guardian providing consent on behalf of a minor. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to opt in to the SMS program without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Use of Our Services

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them in an unauthorized manner. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
